I found Wii Fit too abusive! I'm much preferring Your Shape on the Kinect. There's more positive encouragement and I really like the tai chi and the tailored exercises. I think it's worked out I have large thighs though (it scans and measures you) - it gave me loads of squats and lunges yesterday and it hurts to walk today!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I want to give Kinect a whirl, but can't really justify the expense at the moment. It's as much as an entire Wii!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I was holding back, but then my boyfriend bought me one! He traded in a load of old games and used his Game points so it wasn't too much in the end.
